How is a membership activated?
Instantly and automatically. Pay on the Fast Unlocking shop using the same e-mail address registered on GR Tool — your membership is activated automatically after successful payment and you get an e-mail. No username to send, nothing to wait for.
What does the daily limit mean?
Each plan allows a number of file downloads per day. The counter resets every day at midnight (site time).
I own an NCK / UMT / Avengers box — is it free?
Yes. Owners of an active NCK Box, NCK Dongle, UMT or Avengers Box get the Dongle / Box membership free for the days left on their box activation — valid for 8 more months means 8 months of membership. At least 6 months must remain on the activation to apply. Submit an Activation Request with your serial and the date it is valid until; we verify it with the manufacturer and e-mail you when it is active.
